Eat Right To Better Life...  is the theme of National Nutrition week / month  of the year 2025, and in support on this I would like to say that... yes, there is no shorts cuts for a healthy lifestyle. It’s a continuous process till the life ends, so we have to put a continuous effort to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle.

It’s a kind of an investment which needs to start not only at right time and but have to be quite regular with required changes as well. And as we all knows that some kind of risk factors are always remains in any investment plan, similarly some kind of risk factors can be here also, so we need a proof full plan from the very beginning, which not only make us aware about those risk factors but also make us capable to avoid them at right time.

What we all need to know is...

1. Importance of Balance Nutrition (including all macro and micro nutrients)

2. Healthy Eating Habits (like drinking plenty of water, daily intake of fruits and green leafy vegetable,limited salt and visible fats, and avoiding junk foods.

3.We should aware the people about the Special nutritional Requirements at different age groups.(like in infancy, during pregnancy, for elderly people and sometime in particular medical condition also)

4 Educate the people to read Food labels properly  which  can help them to be aware  about the false promises of getting  extra benefits or quick health results from the  food items

To get the results we need a behavioral modification and definitely it takes time and patience as well, so let’s start with a small change on daily basis... make it a habit and then work on another one....slowly and gradually you will get what you want.
